Giuliano Ciavarrella, M. Sc.

Giuliano Ciavarrella is a research associate and PhD student at the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the University of Kaiserslautern.

He is an engineer, received his Master of Science in Business and Engineering from the Clausthal University of Technology as one of the best graduates of his year, and studied in California and Rome, among other places, during his bachelor's and master's degree.

While working at the BMW Group and the Fraunhofer Society, he gained several years of practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship and digital innovation before starting his PhD.

Already since 2020, Giuliano Ciavarrella has been working in research and teaching at the side of Prof. Dr. Dennis Steininger in the fields of entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and digital transformation.

He teaches various courses in the field of business studies and economics as well as courses for the interdisciplinary bachelor's and master's degree programs at the University of Kaiserslautern. With a focus on entrepreneurial finance, he is currently researching the crossroads of entrepreneurship and digital innovation as part of his PhD program.
