Alexander Küsshauer, M.Sc.
Alexander Küsshauer received his Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Ulm with a specialization on work and organizational psychology. He was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Michael Frese at the University of Singapore. In his master thesis “Action-oriented entrepreneurship training in the Philippines”, he examined the start-up rate of young graduates as well as their employability. This thesis included a research stay at Bicol University in the Philippines for the data collection. Prior to his master program, he had studied Business Psychology at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and at the Bifröst University in Iceland. During his studies in Ulm, Alexander Küsshauer gained practical experience in a global engineering company and worked as an intern in the corporate human resources department.
Since May 2017, Alexander Küsshauer works as a research associate at the Chair of Entrepreneurship at the TU Kaiserslautern.
